Complaints handling policy

Responsiveness, resolution and continuous improvement. You are our priority.

The management of Alliance determines that all complaints/suggestions received are immediately recorded and the appropriate measures taken, taking the suggestions as an opportunity to improve its processes and services, seeking to exceed the expectations of its customers, serving the various interested parties, especially our customers and legal authorities, with a permanent commitment to Quality:

  • We always value and give effective treatment to the complaints and/or suggestions submitted;
  • We are aware of and undertake to comply with and be subject to the penalties provided for in the law, specifically in Law no. 8.078/1990;
  • We critically analyze the results, as well as taking the appropriate measures, based on the complaints received; – We define responsibilities for handling complaints;
  • We undertake to respond to Legal Authorities to any complaint within 15 (fifteen) calendar days;
  • We undertake to respond to the complainant regarding the receipt, handling and conclusion of the complaint, according to internally established deadlines.
