The Alliance Respirators PFF2 S class air-purifying respirator provides protection against dust, mists and fumes in a variety of work environments. Its foldable design and unique size make it versatile for a wide range of applications in various sectors, such as:

The respirator consists of a double-layer structure, made up of white non-woven fabric on the inside (in contact with the wearer’s face) and blue non-woven fabric on the outside. The inner layer is made up of an electrostatically treated polypropylene filtering material, guaranteeing a minimum filtering efficiency of 94% for particles, in accordance with NBR 13.698. The nose clip positioned between the two layers and the two elastic straps provide a secure and comfortable fit on the user’s head and nape.
This respirator is certified under approval number 47.114, marked on the inside for easy identification and registered with ANVISA under number 82365530004. It has also been tested and approved in accordance with technical standards: NBR 13697/2010 and ABNT NBR 13698:2011. Test report Nº LEP/ID.359.638/3.1/22 and Certificate of Conformity Nº 09176-04/2021 were issued by the OCP Laboratory Instituto Falcão Bauer de Qualidade – IFBQ.

Important
- This respirator is considered “maintenance-free”, i.e. disposable. It must be disposed after use in an appropriate place, in accordance with biosafety regulations.
- As it is made of filter material and does not supply oxygen, it should not be used in closed, unventilated rooms such as chambers, tanks, silos and pipes or where the oxygen concentration is less than 19.5% by volume.
- It must not be used when the concentration of the contaminant exceeds the values of I.D.L.H (Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health) and exceeds 10 times the value of its tolerance limit (V.T.L) and in accordance with the recommendations of the RPR (Respiratory Protection Program).
- Washing and reuse of the respirator is not recommended.
- When storing, keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- The respirator is valid for 3 years from the date of manufacture.
